RJ4All is embarking on a postcode-wide project to build the world’s first restorative justice postcode in SE16. RJ4All is currently monitoring the effects of the RJ4All Rotherhithe Community Centre in SE16 London as part of the organisation’s effort in combatting power abuse and inequality through restorative justice values. The purpose of the Steering Group is to provide strategic support, guidance, and promotion for the SE16 Restorative Justice Postcode project.
We’re looking for a passionate volunteer to lead RJ4All’s sustainability efforts. As our Green Champion, you’ll help raise awareness, run community initiatives like our gardening club, and work with local partners to promote greener practices. This 6-month voluntary role is separate from any paid duties and offers in-kind benefits. You’ll be supported by our Project Officer and UK Project Manager. Let’s grow a greener future together!
RJ4All is seeking qualified Restorative Justice Practitioners, including one Senior Practitioner, to deliver restorative justice interventions for cases involving gender-based violence, hate crime, and community tensions. This consultancy role involves facilitating victim-offender mediation, family group conferencing, and restorative justice circles, managing cases from assessment through to follow-up. The position is based at RJ4All’s Rotherhithe Community Centre in London, with a daily rate of £110 – £120, depending on experience. Applicants should have at least 6 months of restorative justice practice experience and follow the RJ4All Restorative Justice Practice Framework.
We are currently seeking passionate and committed individuals to join our User Scrutiny Panel. This panel plays a crucial role in ensuring that our services meet the needs of those we serve and helps us achieve our goal of building the world’s first restorative justice post-code.

Their Associate status allows them to enter into one off, or multiple, paid agreements with RJ4All as well as use the Institute’s affiliation and logo. Our Associates are also welcome to approach RJ4All for submitting joint funding applications, and developing project ideas for national and international cooperation. As part of our dedication to “restorative justice for all,” the International Fellowship of RestorativeJustice Practitioners (IFRJP) was born as an idea to establish a diverse pool of approved restorative justice practitioners and services that RJ4All can assign casework, and to facilitate connections between practitioners, researchers, and policymakers.

Although we focus on supporting those in their early career stages, we also offer internships across ages and abilities. We keep our placements flexible structuring them around individual needs and circumstances.

The Editor of the peer-reviewed Internet Journal of Restorative Justice, Dr Theo Gavrielides, is recruiting reviewers with an academic research background and who have an interest in restorative justice. Previous publishing experience is desirable. The role is voluntary and it involves carrying out 2-3 reviews per year.
The Editor of the Youth Voice Journal (YVJ), Dr Theo Gavrielides, is currently recruiting new reviewers to carry out double-blind reviews for the journal. This is an open call for applications. Individuals with an academic qualitative or quantitative research background who have an interest in youth matters. Previous publishing experience is desirable. The role is voluntary and it involves carrying out 2-3 reviews per year.
