"Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food."

If we watch what we eating as well as exercise, we can address and prevent a variety of health issues such as diabetes and high blood pressure. That is why we created the Food Is Medicine series as a part of RJ4All Sports, centred on helping you turn very simple ingredients into very delicious and healthy meals!

If you’re passionate about food and want to improve your health, take a look at our recipes below! Created by our Founder and Director Dr. Theo Gavrielides – Personal Trainer (L3) and OFQUAL Regulated Level 4 Specialist Exercise (Nutrition/Obesity).
